GENERAL
I will provide illustration services as agreed, which may include (but are not limited to) the creation of original artwork, graphic designs, and illustrations.
Character Designs are included in the Streamer Services, but they're available for OCs as well, or even new designs of Fan characters if desired.
Specific project details - including deliverables, deadlines, and compensation - will be discussed and mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties before work begins.
Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon by both parties and may result in adjustments to the timeline and/or fees.
I reserve the right to share the artwork and creative process with friends or on my stream, unless a prior written confidentiality agreement has been made, which will cost extra 100%.
While I'm ok with drawing NSFW art and many clients have asked to have themselves in certain situations, please don't send me pics of your weaners! A DESCRIPTION SUFFICES!
I reserve the right to modify my TOS and my prices at any time without notice. These changes will not impact the orders already accepted.

PAYMENT
Payment is always upfront.
If the total of the commission exceeds 601€, payment plans can be discussed (and you will receive updates on the progress after each payment checkpoint is passed).
Price can change depending on amount of details of the character, if it's cluttered, the price will go up. This will be something I mention when I'm presented with the character, if I consider it to be cluttered.
If you want to cancel the commission after we have discussed and settled on everything and I have not started the sketch yet, there will be a 20% cancelation fee, you will receive 80% of the amount back.
After you approved the sketch there are no refunds. If you wish to cancel, we will cancel, but I will not be obligated to refund any of the amount paid, unless I have exceeded the deadline when you request to cancel.
These rules are in place due to the fact that I rely heavily on commissions to pay my rent, and I have been hit with cancelations right before rent day too many times this year (2026) and have had to resort to last minute loans from friends too many times! So I'm forced to add this to my TOS to protect myself.
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
Delivery Date is by default 3 months. I struggle with depression and ADHD and it is too stressful to know I have to finish something in x amount of time, especially for very detailed and complex commissions. It is not set in stone that it will take that long, but to avoid any unpleasant situations I'm giving myself more time on paper. You might even receive it within a week if I'm in the hyperfocus state when you order and I don't have prior commissions.
I generally don't end up asking for extra fees for modification requests, but the one thing that will be automatically added is time. for ANY modification requested, the deadline will be moved according to how long each modification requested takes to make.
Rush Fee represents a deadline that is around 1-2 weeks.
72hr Fee represents a 3 day deadline.

LICENSING
Commercial Use Rights refer to anything digital promoting your brand. Re-selling of the digital art is not allowed.
Merchandising License represents your right to use the artwork created by me to print on merchandise and sell for profit.
Reference Sheet Commissions do not have Commercial Licensing or Merchandising License as the characters were neither designed by me and they represent a detailing of the design provided nor serve a purpose for commercial or merchandising.
Streamer Services Category includes Commercial Use Rights in the base price. If you order one of those, you only pay the Merchandising Fee if you plan on putting the artwork from that category directly on merchandise that you sell.
Character Design Service is a bit different from the rest. When you order it, regardless if it's an OC, Vtuber/PNG Tuber, it includes the commercial rights in the base price just like the other Streamer Services, but the difference is in the merchandising license. If you purchease the merchandising license for character designs made by me, whenever you order any of the other services I offer, of that Character specifically, you will NOT have to pay the Merchandising License fees for any of the art you order after the design, for life. So it automatically adds the Merchandising License to that Character by default for whatever type of art you order hencefourth.
